Built for Athletes
Whether you tweaked your shoulder pressing, rolled an ankle, or feel a nagging knee issue holding back your training, we understand the demands of lifting and sport. Dr. Castro's sports-focused approach combines precise adjustments with soft tissue work to address the root cause, not just the symptom. You get back to your sport stronger, not sidelined.

One-Stop Care
No bouncing between providers. Adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehab guidance all coordinated under one roof. Every tool we use, manipulation, Graston/ART-style muscle work, stretching, is selected to accelerate healing and rebuild the mobility and strength you need. It's a full reset for the athlete's body.

Hands-On, Direct Treatment
Strong, skilled adjustments paired with intensive soft tissue work. Dr. Castro works directly with you to identify restrictions, release tight muscle, and restore function. You'll feel the difference within the first visit. This isn't passive therapy, it's active, athlete-grade care.

Fast-Track Recovery
Sports injuries respond best to early, aggressive conservative care. The sooner you address the restriction or strain, the sooner you're back to full training. We prioritize your recovery timeline because we know every week off the mat or platform costs you momentum.
Initial Exam & Assessment
First-time patients start with a 40-minute initial exam and treatment session. Dr. Castro takes a full history, performs a hands-on assessment, identifies movement restrictions and pain, and begins treatment the same day. He'll explain what he finds and build a clear plan for your recovery.
Hands-On Treatment
Precise spinal adjustments restore alignment and mobility. Soft tissue therapy, Graston/ART-style muscle work, releases tight tissue that's limiting function. Stretching and rehab guidance give you tools to continue recovery at home between visits.
Follow-Up Visits
Subsequent appointments are 20 minutes and focus on ongoing adjustments, soft tissue work, and progress toward your training goals. Most sports injuries show significant improvement in 2 to 4 visits, depending on severity. Dr. Castro adjusts frequency and approach based on your healing.
Return to Full Training
Once pain resolves and mobility is restored, Dr. Castro clears you to resume normal training intensity. You'll have the mobility, strength, and stability to prevent re-injury. Many athletes continue periodic maintenance visits to stay feeling sharp and train safely.
